24/7 Front Desk at Plaza building 

Our Front Desk is available around the clock, should you have questions or requests.

 

Housekeeping Services

Based on the guidelines of the RIVM, we have set an even higher bar of cleanliness. Special consideration is being given to disinfection measures in public areas, frequent touch points in particular, and frequency of attendance has been increased drastically as a general preventive measure. We have also enhanced operating procedures for guestroom cleaning.

 

In-room Mini Bar

One bottle of water per person per day.

Daily replenished tea bags & coffee sticks. Additional drinks and snacks can be purchased at the Bazar. Our bazar is open daily between 07:00 and 23:00.

 

Guest Service Desk

Open daily from 08:00 – 22:00 for a selection of services including reserving shuttle or cinema tickets, making a restaurant reservation, to get information, reserve your spot in sports & entertainment activities, book a Boeing 747 tour and more!

We are also available for any remarks you might have.

 

Bazar (lobbyshop)

No time for breakfast or want to grab a bite? The Bazar is our lobbyshop where you can find all the facilities you need during your stay. Snacks, drinks, sandwiches, cold and warm meals. Even souvenirs for your friends and family can be found in the Bazar. The self-checkout counters allows you to buy your groceries. The Bazar is open every day from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m.
 

Check-out

On the day of departure, we ask you to check out before 12.00. You can do this at the reception desk or via our user-friendly kiosks. If you wish to check out later in the day, please contact one of our reception hosts in advance to check availability and rates.
 

Laundry

In the laundry bag from your room, you can deliver all your dirty laundry at the reception. 24 hours after handing in your laundry, you will receive your laundry fresh and clean. Prices depend on garment and numbers. For more information, please contact our reception hosts.
 

Luggage

Our reception offers lockable luggage storage. If you arrive early or depart late after checking out, you can store your luggage here safely. This will give you the opportunity to get the most out of your day.
 

Parking

Corendon Village Hotel Amsterdam has a large number of parking spaces available to park your car during your stay in our hotel. Parking is free if you booked the Costa Holanda package.

  • After 4 hours: €2,50 per hour
  • Maximum per 24 hours: €17,50
  • 2 days (48 hours):          €35,-
  • 3 days (72 hours):          €52,50
  • 4 days (96 hours):          €70,-
  • After 5 days:                   €70,- + €5,- extra per day (24 hours)
  • Double rate for coaches. €35,- per 24 hours.

 

Bicycle rental

Corendon Village Hotel provides a bicycle rental. For more information about the terms and conditions ask at the reception desk.

Sustainability

Corendon has a policy that is focused on sustainability. A good example of this policy is this hotel that is designed and decorated with sustainability as base. This building is nearly 100% climate neutral and we ask you friendly to help us to have the most positive effect on this environment in the area. To release this, we do our best to minimalize the waste of plastic bottles, to seperate waste, to place sustainable LED lights everywhere and to only use fair-trade products. You could help the environment by going into town by bike or using public transport, such as the bus, tram or metro.
